 At the VLET in der Speicherstadt we source all of our ingredients from carefully selected regional producers. Our long-standing suppliers include the cottage industry ham producer Basedahl, cheese specialist Käse Kober, the Meierei Horst dairy farm, Urthel North Sea Shrimps, and the Kruse Hofmilch dairy farm. We are particularly proud of our cooperation with the Seibold organic farm, which grows vegetable varieties for us that have otherwise long since been forgotten, such as blue cauliflower and burdock. Using traditional recipes from the local and Ostfriesland areas, we create compositions that offer a modern interpretation of authentic Hamburg cuisine.
